Our Services

• First, your wheels are removed from your vehicle. Then, we remove the tyres and check the wheels and tyres for damage.

• Next, we put the wheels in our acid tank. This strips all the old coatings from your alloys.

• Prep, wheels then go through the refurbishment process of repairs and surface preparation to get them ready for the next step.

• Baking, once the wheels are in the oven they are baked to gas out the metal. This is to help prevent impurities in the powder coat.

• Then, we apply a powder primer followed by your chosen colour. We then apply a protective powder clear coat high gloss finish. Matt and Satin finishes are also available.

• Finally, once the alloys have cooled down, we refit and balance the tyres, and fit them back onto your vehicle. We do all this with the utmost care and torque the wheels up to the correct setting.

• Cracked wheel repairs are dependent on the severity and location of the damage. We have very strict terms in place as to what we will or wont repair and will never repair a wheel unless we deem it as safe to do so.

• We can usually do crack repairs while you wait. ​

• Before carrying out a repair we will first inspect the wheel to ensure it is safe to to do so.​

• If we deem it to be repairable the wheel will go to our welding area and be welded to a professional standard.

• The tyre is then refitted and checked to ensure there are no leaks and the wheel is balanced before being refitted to your vehicle.​

• As with welding we will first assess the severity of a buckle before we will straightening it.We can also usually do wheel straightening while you wait.

• We remove the wheel from the car and remove the tyre. 

• The wheel is then mounted to our straightening machine.

• We use specialist equipment for straightening wheels so you can rest assured the repair is carried out properly and safely.

• Once the repair is completed we will refit and balance the tyre and refit the wheel to your car.
